The terms that apply when you use Digiwiz Academy's website and coaching services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Digiwiz Academy website at digiwizacademy.com and the SAT and IELTS coaching services provided by Digiwiz Media LLP, registered 19 April 2023, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (referred to as "Digiwiz Academy", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website, booking a demo class, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We recommend you also read our Privacy Policy.
Digiwiz Academy provides live online coaching for the SAT and IELTS examinations, delivered via Zoom or Google Meet. All classes are conducted online only. We do not offer in-person instruction at any location.
Services include but are not limited to: free 30-minute diagnostic demo classes, structured coaching programs, practice material, and progress assessments. The specific scope, duration, and pricing of a program are agreed separately at the time of enrollment.
The free demo class is a single 30-minute session provided at no charge and with no obligation to enroll. We reserve the right to decline a demo class request at our discretion. Booking a demo class does not constitute enrollment in any paid program.
Demo classes are conducted by one of our tutors via Zoom or Google Meet. A link will be shared after booking is confirmed. Parents or guardians are welcome to attend.
Enrollment in a paid coaching program is confirmed only after:
Fees are agreed individually based on program type, duration, and the student's requirements. All fees are communicated clearly before any payment is requested. We do not charge any fee without prior written or verbal agreement.
We reserve the right to revise our fee structure for new enrollments at any time, but will not change fees mid-program for existing enrolled students without agreement.
Students may reschedule a class with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
If a student misses a class without notice, that class will be considered attended and no replacement will be provided. We understand emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case by case basis.
If we need to cancel a scheduled class for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time. Cancelled classes on our part are always made up in full.
We handle refund requests fairly and on a case by case basis. Our general approach is:

We expect all students and parents or guardians to treat our tutors with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a program without refund if a student or parent engages in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior during any class or communication.
Students are expected to attend classes having completed any assigned preparation, to minimize distractions during sessions, and to engage honestly with the diagnostic process so tutors can provide accurate guidance.
All content on this website including text, layouts, blog posts, practice questions, and the mock tests is the original work of Digiwiz Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The free practice material and mock test questions we provide are original content created by Digiwiz Academy. They are not real SAT or IELTS examination questions and must not be passed off as such.
We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, particularly information about exam formats, scoring, and policies. Score outcomes and band improvements mentioned on this website are based on real student results from our coaching programs. Individual results vary depending on a student's starting point, effort, and consistency.
Our coaching sessions are conducted on Zoom or Google Meet. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for technical issues caused by those platforms. If a class is interrupted by a platform-side issue, we will reschedule the affected time at no charge.
Digiwiz Academy and Digiwiz Media LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of exam opportunity, examination fees, or travel costs. Our total liability in any matter related to our services is limited to the fees you have paid us for those specific services.
We make no guarantee of a specific examination score or band outcome. Our role is to provide high quality instruction and preparation support. Final results depend on many factors outside our control.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will not make changes that materially reduce your rights without providing reasonable notice.
